To judge between “Responsibility” and “Ability”: in my own view, this two have to be balanced.
One who much in “Responsibility” but no “Ability” may can ask, hire or do something to get some people to work for him, but in the end: All of that may cost him many.
One who none in “Responsibility” but many “Ability”, in the end will ruin all: even his very self. No wonder for that…..
