Democratic is not by name; It’s not by the Election.
But election is the first criteria to meet.
If it’s not even meet first Criteria; how it be called “Democracy”?
For whom ever try to set people as level;
And set the priority not for People, but just only on persons;
how they call themselves “Democrate”?
No ashame on themselves?
