now my current page is 3′ 40″ /km
that meant about 20 km in 1 hour
if only I can keep that page steady..
so badly that I cannot
there is two choices for me I’m too old to do that for very long.
keep the page for half hour that meant about 10 km everyday
or make 2 hour long but no need to check on the page.
first choice good for make good calories burnt, and second good for keep in shape stamina.
I think i will have to try both strategic and check which best suite me.
keep on, I always have to tell myself it still long to go…..
