self discipline

i’m running for 4 weeks now.

nothing strange…

sure

only very first time, i just running for one day and stop for 3. some time i just too sloth to left my bed.

after realize that it’s not good for myself to have excuse for not going out for running, then i set easy rule (but hard to do) to make commitment everyday:

1. wake at 6 am. no matter what time i went to bed last night.

2. going out to running at least after 30 minutes.

3. can back to bed after that.

after i made that commitment seem like everything got better.

now i can run everyday.

hope i can do that in long run :P
